Being an Activity leader is extra special because I am given the opportunity to get to know each and every camper of the week. “I am Steph and I’ve been coming to CBH in some form or fashion since I was 14. I started coming to camp because my little bro came to camp as a camper and enjoyed it so much. The following year I joined him at camp as a volunteer and I’ve been in love ever since. Once I became a nurse it was only right for me to come back to camp in a new capacity. Nursing is not an easy profession but it’s so rewarding. I’m so fortunate I get to come to camp as a nurse and enjoy the outdoors, play games, swim, pass meds, clean up some boo-boos, joke with my old friends, and make some new ones in the process. Every year I dream of coming back to camp and I wouldn’t want to spend my summer any other way.” - Stephanie
